Are BentoPop! lunch boxes microwave and dishwasher safe?
Yes, BentoPop! are microwave and dishwasher safe. Hand washing is always recommended to extend the life of your product.
Are Sippy! bottles BPA-free?
Yes, all Sippy! bottles are made from BPA-free materials, ensuring they are safe for children's daily use.

What form of payments do you accept?

Shipping & Delivery Times
Do you offer free shipping?
Yes! We offer free shipping on all orders within Singapore!
How long does local delivery take?
Local Singapore orders are delivered within 2–4 working days. Orders placed before the cut-off time on working days are processed the same day. We will also send out a tracking number for you to track your package.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship internationally. Delivery takes a minimum of 7–14 working days depending on the destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout. Please contact us at info@kandis.sg for specific country enquiries.
What happens if my order is delayed or lost?
If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@kandis.sg with your order number and we'll investigate promptly to ensure we resolve the issue.
Product Warranty and Assurance
Product warranty
Your purchases are covered by a one year limited warranty against manufacturing defects, excluding standard wear and tear.
What happens if I received a faulty product?
We apologise if this happens and we would like to offer a direct replacement for it. Please send us pictures to info@kandis.sg so that we can prevent this from happening in the future.

Returns
Can I return my purchases?
For unopened or unused purchases, you can return them within 7 days in the original packaging. Please contact us at info@kandis.sg, and we can process returns on a case by case basis.
