Shipping policy

Local Delivery (Singapore) Orders are delivered within 3–5 working days via SPX. Free shipping on all orders. Orders placed before 12pm on working days are processed the same day.

International Delivery We currently ship to e.g. Malaysia, Indonesia, Australia. Delivery takes a minimum of 7–14 working days depending on destination. International shipping rates are calculated at checkout.

Lost or Delayed Parcels If your order hasn't arrived within the estimated timeframe, please contact us at info@kandis.sg with your order number and we'll investigate promptly.
